Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we do require a deposit of 50% to reserve your date and rental items. Final Payment is due 7 days prior to event. All payment details and contract will be sent to you upon booking.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Venmo, Credit Card (3% fee), and Cash.

Do you deliver?

Yes, for an additional charge of $99 which includes delivery, set-up and pick-up within a 25-mile radius of Commercial Point, Ohio.  Anything past 25 miles please add $2 a mile.  Pickup times after 9:00PM can be scheduled for an additional fee.

What are the pickup times after 9pm?

10PM charge of +$100

11PM charge of +$200

12AM charge of +$300

 **However, we will work with your venue for next day pickups to avoid these fees when possible. This will depend on if the venue will allow us, if the arch is needed the next morning, and if we can fit it into our schedule the next day.

What does it mean when it says price is for 1 setup/location only?

That means the price you pay is for our movers and/or florist to set this item up one time, at one location. Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else.

Is there a cleaning fee?

No, unless after inspecting the item/items, we find it necessary to do a deep clean.

What if I want to see an Arch/Backdrop in person first?

We do not meet to show you these products because they are too big and cumbersome to transport for these kinds of appointments. We strive to provide you with clear and precise photos and videos, so you know what the product looks like before you rent. There is an Arch/Backdrop that I would like for my event, but you do not currently offer it. Can you get this for me?

We would love to know what you are looking for and we may be able to provide it for you as a rental soon. We are already in the process of adding more. Please email us the details and we can let you know if this is possible.
